This building is made from "Ebonite Smooth" utility brick provided by Werden Buck Co., with water-repellent mortar. For the facade, we used utility brick and a 6" dry block behind the brick. We used the water-repellent block to keep the walls waterproof.
The rear and side elevation are both made from an 8" dry block with water-repellent mortar. We used PZ S-HIDE I/E LX FLT BLOCK FIL 6-7 B500 primer and PP Perma EXT PIT FLX ELAST 4-140XI B500 to paint the CMU block. Metal coping covers the wall top. The foundation and driveway are made of concrete, the roof is made of rubber, and the exterior uses bricks.

It is a quiet, green area, which is excellent for living. It has everything you need for life; there are green areas for walking, educational institutions, shops, and other necessary infrastructure nearby.
Home builders positioned the building to face Pulaski Park. Here you can enjoy nature and swim in the outdoor Pulaski Park Pool.
On W Blackhawk St, a two-minute walk is the Free Street Theater. Also, there are all the necessary shops, gas stations, and banking institutions not far from the house. You can use public transport: within walking distance (about 0.3 miles) is the subway (blue line).
