Construction details

This building is made from "Utility Revere Pewter Velour" utility brick from Werden Buck Co., with water-repellent mortar. We used utility brick and an 8" dry block behind the brick for the façade and then used the water-repellent block to keep the walls waterproof.

The front of the building is built with a masonry colony for balcony support. Metal coping covers the wall top. The foundation and driveway are made of concrete, the roof is made of rubber, and the exterior utilizes bricks.
