Construction details

This building is made from "Utility Revere Pewter Velour" utility brick from Werden Buck Co., with water-repellent mortar. We used utility brick and an 8" dry block behind the brick for the façade and used the water-repellent block to keep the walls waterproof.

The front of the building is built with a masonry colony for balcony support. Metal and stone coping cover the wall. The foundation and driveway are made of concrete, the roof is made of rubber, and the exterior utilizes bricks.
