Construction details

The building is made from NIDS ENDI Manganese I/S SM utility brick and an 8" dry block. The dry block provides a water-repellent mortar. For the facade, we used utility bricks and an 8" dry block behind the brick. The rear and side elevations are made from 8" dry blocks with the metal coping covering the wall top.

The foundation and the driveway are made of concrete, and the exterior comprises bricks and dry blocks. Finally, the roof is made of rubber.
