Construction details

This building is made from utility brick from Werden Buck Co., with water-repellent mortar. We used the water-repellent block to keep the walls waterproof. The rear and side elevation are both made from an 8" dry block.

We used PZ S-HIDE I/E LX FLT BLOCK FIL 6-7 B500 as a primer and PP Perma EXT PIT FLX ELAST 4-140XI B500 to paint the CMU block. Metal coping covers the wall top. The foundation and driveway are made of concrete, the roof is made of rubber, and the exterior utilizes bricks.
